My experience over the last 16 years, confirms that to achieve positive results and exceed expectations it is key to listen carefully and understand the customer needs and objectives. Next step is to build a close relationship and partnership based on trust and transparency because only this way will be possible to implement teamwork and develop successful Communication strategies, always respecting the customer's DNA and objectives.

In 2000 I finished my degree in Communications and Public Relations. During the following 16 years, I developed a career in the aviation industry and performed several roles in areas such as Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Events Management, Marketing and Sales Management.
From 2001 to 2003 managed Airbus PR account in Portugal. From 2001 to 2009 I was part of the team who organized Portugal Air Show, the biggest aeronautical event held in the Iberian Peninsula.
During almost ten years I also worked with companies such as Air BP, TAP Portugal, SATA-Azores Airlines, Gestair, Hi Fly, ANA-Portugal Airports, ANAC-Portuguese Civil Aviation Authority, NAV Portugal, Delta Coffee, and Breitling.
For the last 5 and half years, I worked as a B2C, and B2B Sales Manager of CAE Oxford Aviation Academy and my customer list included leading airlines in Europe and the Middle East, such as British Airways, EasyJet, CityJet, Turkish Airlines, Kuwait Air Force, Air Algerie and Emirates.
In July 2016 I completed a Master Degree in Branding & Image Management and in November, I created Carla Costa Consulting, a company entirely dedicated to Communications, Marketing & PR Consultancy.
